Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations and supply chains.
We operate globally, delivering medical, security, travel risk, and assistance services through our employees and an international network of carefully selected providers. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity, particularly given the diverse and sometimes complex environments in which we operate.
Universal SOS has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking. We are committed to upholding internationally recognised human rights standards and to ensuring that these abuses have no place within our business or among our partners.
To mitigate risk, we carry out proportionate due diligence on our suppliers and partners, assess geographic and operational risk, and maintain contractual and ethical standards that require compliance with applicable labour and human rights laws. Where higher risk is identified, enhanced scrutiny is applied.
We expect all employees, contractors, and partners to act lawfully, ethically, and responsibly. Concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical conduct can be raised confidentially and are taken seriously.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors.
